Вода — тот случай, когда мы ничего не знаем об эффективности этого вещества до тех пор, пока оно не закончится в организме.

Вот уж тогда мы испытываем все прелести обезвоживания и сразу о ней вспоминаем. Исследование Национальной тренерской ассоциации США доказало, что снижение уровня воды в организме всего лишь на 3-4% снижает мышечную выносливость, увеличивает риск растяжениий. Поэтому поддержка достаточного уровня воды в организме — важнейшее условие хороших физических кондиций
в зале.

Состояние гидратации (насыщенности организма водой) зависит от нескольких переменных:

– физической формы,
– окружающей среды,
– интенсивности потоотделения.

К сожалению, многие атлеты начинают свои занятия уже в состоянии дегидратации. Но к счастью, это можно легко выяснить и проблему с достаточным количеством воды решить. Пользуйтесь следующими правилами, чтобы разобраться в своем «водном» вопросе.
